The view of the room was so incredible.. really just next to the beach. You would be able to see the people surfing! The Room was huge! Perfect dinner and breakfast too!
You'd better drive if you want to stay in this hotel. There is only one restaurant nearby, and no shops, not even a convenience store.
I stayed here when I first visited Onjuku many years ago. I loved the stunning ocean view and resort style. Breakfast and dinner were great, the rice balls and local fish were delicious, and the staff were enthusiastic and responsible. The original oversized built-in wardrobe in the room (which held Japanese-style floor mats) was removed during the renovation, which was a pity. In addition, the bathroom is still more beautiful in the previous white style.
Please note that daily maid service is not provided during your stay. Towels will be exchanged for guests staying consecutive nights.
